Insurance Coverage

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming. If you have BCBS, your services may be covered by your insurance. If you have another insurance provider, please check your policy for out of network coverage and reimbursement rates. We also see a limited number of clients for a sliding scale fee based on current income.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. If you have questions about payment options or financial concerns, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy to help ensure we can see clients in a timely manner. Clients are expected to give a minimum 48 hours notice if they need to cancel their appointment or reschedule. If notice if not given within this time frame, client will be charged the full amount for the scheduled appointment time.
